Not paying TRX in energy repayments

Then, I refunded about 21M of energy in time, but I only got back the amount I paid as security payment (TRONSCAN | TRON BlockChain Explorer | 波场区块链浏览器).

Do I not get a refund for the energy I did not use and returned during Justlend DAO’s energy rental?

I have many transactions like this and I see that in none of them do I get a refund for the energy I returned.

Sorry for the trouble you encountered. As long as you rent energy on the Energy Rental platform, you will be charged for the rental cost regardless of whether you use the rented energy. If you rent, you will pay according to the time of holding, because the energy you rented has been occupied. If the energy has been used, the energy need to takes time to restore to full, the time-fee will basically not be felt, I think
