How to return Deposited TRX back?

I did deposit my TRX 3 years ago, and Justlend sent me some JTRX coins. I can not sell, swap it anywhere. How can I return it and take my deposited TRX back?

I have the problem, try to withdraw my assets (14 was pass). I click button Withdraw, confirm everything be wallet, and see endlessly this

I try with Chrome, Safari(iphone), Vivaldi browsers, the same.
Any thoughts where is the problem?
